While Mini Monsters Ltd and its employees strive to ensure the complete safety of our visitors, it is the responsibility of parents/guardians to supervise and accompany children on the premises with a ratio of one adult for every six children over five and one adult for every three children under five. Mini Monsters Ltd is NOT a creche facility.  The parents/guardians must:

Remain within the building at all times. It is their full responsibility to supervise their children at all times, Observe the child to ensure that they are capable of using the equipment safely, as we cannot know the individual needs and abilities of your child. This includes, a playframe around the café staircase to the next level and toilet area. We cannot explain these rules of play to the children and monitor their behavior, know where all the children are  it is the parent / guardians' responsibility to make sure the child knows where they are at all times. All children may only use the facility when accompanied by a responsible adult,  Guardians of children must be over 18 Children remain the responsibility of parents/guardians at all times.  There is no readmittance for families leaving the building once the session of play has ended,  

Strictly no smoking on the premises or outside, you must exit the Marina area quietly this is private property and we must think of our neighbours at all times, please be aware of the road when exiting the building we do not take responsibility for you or your children exiting the building which must be done safely & quietly to the car park area.   Please note when on the grounds please be aware of the water surrounding the area take care of your children at all times beware of where they are.

On the play frame, children are advised to wear long trousers and long-sleeved shirts and must wear socks at all times on the play equipment to minimize the risk of personal injury. No shoes may be worn on the play structure. Jewellery is worn at your own risk and children wearing glasses should take particular care as a business we are not responsible for any damage. Please note no refunds will be issued once booked under any circumstances,  it is the parent or guardian's responsibility to attend on time for the booking,  book the correct date to ensure you get the full soft play experience if booked wrongly on the day of arrival may not be available and entry may be denied if fully at capacity. Furthermore, we are a cashless site we only take debit or credit cards no cash taken or held on-site or overnight.  The tickets you buy are non-refundable. However, we do understand that sometimes circumstances change from your side and ours , and you may occasionally need to amend your booking. This will be subject to availability and will only be available if transferring to the same booking type.

Please note no food or drink items are allowed on any of the play equipment – Play-frame.  Chewing gum is strictly prohibited.  No food or drinks can be consumed at the centre, unless purchased on the premises. However, it is permitted to bring food and drink for babies under 1 and children with special dietary requirements. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises. We reserve the right to confiscate and persons deemed to be under the influence will be asked to leave the premises. All height and age restrictions imposed by the management must be adhered to. Height restrictions are in place for your safety, the staff and management do not have the authority to override them. Please do not place them in a difficult position.  Parents/guardians must ensure that children do not become overheated. Management reserve the right to refuse entry. Abusive /aggressive or any type of behaviour deemed to be unsuitable towards Mini Monsters Ltd staff, the management, or other members of the public from either children or adults will not be tolerated under any circumstances – management reserve the right to enforce total bans. Children who are unwell should not use the play equipment. Mini Monsters Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for members of the public’s personal belongings – parents/guardians and children should also remove any valuables before entering the equipment. Mini Monsters Ltd encourages children to play, run free and explore in a safe and stimulating environment. As such, there are inherent risks that are always associated with children playing and having fun together. These include: Children being exposed to moderate physical activity. Children tripping, falling, and bumping into fixed objects and other children.  The management reserve the right to alter attractions as may be deemed necessary without prior notice. Mini Monsters Ltd has taken every reasonable step to control these risks through the design, and maintenance of the facility. However, it is impossible to eliminate such risks completely whilst providing a stimulating environment and parents/guardians must recognise and accept this risk. No animals are permitted to be brought into Mini Monsters Ltd unless they are registered guide or assistance dogs and are accompanied by their owners.
